Introduction
Q41H hard sealed ball valve is suitable for various pipelines ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500 and PN16 to PN160, and is used to cut off or connect media in pipelines. By selecting different materials, hard sealed ball valves can be applied to various media such as non corrosive media, weakly corrosive media, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc., especially suitable for harsh working conditions such as solid particle media, slurry, coal powder, ash, etc.
The driving mode of hard sealed ball valves is manual, worm gear transmission, pneumatic or electric. Metal hard sealed ball valves are generally connected by flanges, but can also be connected by butt welding.
The ball and valve seat of the metal hard sealed ball valve are completely sealed using a metal to metal sealing method. In order to ensure reliable sealing of the hard sealed ball valve at various temperatures and pressures, various advanced hardening techniques for the ball and valve seat can be used according to the different usage conditions and requirements of users, including supersonic spraying, nickel based spraying welding, surface special hardening, hard alloy spraying welding, etc. The surface hardness of the ball and valve seat can generally reach HRC60 or above, and higher can reach HRC74 or above. The temperature resistance of the sealing surface material can reach 540 ℃, and the higher can reach 980 ℃. The bonding strength of the metal hard sealed flange ball valve material can reach over 10000 PSI, and the sealing surface material also has good wear resistance, impact resistance and other properties. Hard sealed fixed ball valves are suitable for the vast majority of harsh working conditions.
The sealing surface of Q41H hard sealed ball valve adopts a metal to metal sealing structure, the packing adopts flexible graphite, and the gasket adopts a stainless steel+flexible graphite structure. Therefore, valves can ensure reliable sealing even in the event of a fire. Hard sealed ball valves have a natural anti-static structure design.
